This is my first ever dance inspired project. I took a long break from music production and honestly wasn't sure if I'd ever get back into making stuff again. I knew that if I did, I wanted to do something different than the 70 to 100 bpm hip hop/rnb/instrumental stuff I'd been making my whole life. I wanted to start making stuff that I hadn't before, when/if I started producing again. This project is inspired by all the dance music I like. From the 70s and 80s disco, funk and rnb classics. The 90s and 2000s sampled house and also all the current incarnations of dance from producers like Kaytranada, Disclosure, Never Dull and Jayda G. These were some of my favorite tracks from 15 to 20 ideas I played around with. Thanks for taking the time to listen, I'm always thankful !!
